We’ve had a couple of new team members join KTS over the past few months and Trevor has been very helpful with training and answering any questions our new hires had. Trevor took things a step further and decided to put together a PowerPoint presentation for new team members based on the frequently asked questions he answered during onboarding. Chris setup a Single Sign-On (SSO) portal that allows us to centralize many of the disparate websites and utilities we use into a single web front-end. Chris has increased the efficiency of our engineering team through this reorganization and SSO integration. Thank you, Chris!

Tayla implemented changes to our CRM/Ticketing System that re-organized data field appearance. In short, this made it so that the most important and pertinent information about our clients was readily available to our engineering staff. These additions have already proved to be useful in saving time for our entire team when trying to provide service to our clients! Nice work, Tayla!

Josh helped identify software installations that could be scripted for one of our clients and has helped keep those up to date when new things are updated for the software. This has helped automate the process of installing software for this client, increasing the speed we are able to roll out their workstations. Great work, Josh!

As technology grows, KTS is always thinking of ways to utilize our technical resources, cut down on waste and streamline our systems for time efficiency. Tayla has worked hard to create and implement a Paperless PO Process for our team that we transitioned to this month! The new Paperless PO Process has taken KTS from printing all PO’s to a seamless system that emails KTS internal PO’s directly to accounting for fast and efficient product processing and billing. This is not only saving engineering time, but also saving time for the admin and accounting team. KTS and our team members are committed to evolving our processes and procedures to keep us moving forward and help us better serve our clients. Thank you, and great job Tayla!

This month Eric introduced our team to the “Global Note Search” feature in our CRM (Autotask). This feature saves a tremendous amount of time for our whole team when looking for specifics within our CRM. It not only saves the headache of tirelessly searching through our CRM, but also allows us to serve our clients more efficiently. Thank you, Eric!

Over the past year Kazmarek has implemented a new CRM and Password Database to keep our client information safe from outside users. Chris created a custom link between our two systems for our team to work faster and more efficiently while working on client(s) systems, all while keeping the encrypted information safe. This system has been used by our engineering team and our support desk team to seamlessly get the information needed in a timely matter while working on tickets. Thank you Chris!
Congratulations to Cynthia (Office Assistant) for winning our October 2019 KTS E-Award!
In late 2017 KTS updated it’s CRM software to Autotask PSA. Since Autotask has been in place, Cynthia has taken it upon herself to champion the reports center within the program to assist with modifying and created reports needed across the company. She has successfully created multiple reports used by the KTS Management Team, and most recently created a custom report for the CEO (Danny Kazmarek) that saves him an abundance of time while reviewing clients files/work load. Thank you Cynthia for all that you do for our team!

With the most recent SonicWALL Firmware updates, we have had to schedule multiple updates within a few short months for most of our clients. Shayne simplified the scheduling process by creating an email used by him and other engineers to reach out to multiple clients at once. Following Shayne’s approach, our team was able to schedule the SonicWALL Firmware updates with our clients and get their systems up to date in a timely matter. Thank you Shayne for saving the KTS Team communication time!

Bryan won the KTS E-Award for simplifying our software MDT. MDT is used to capture “Images” (Software and standard builds) of our clients machines, so when they add a new machine or rebuild a machine in use, all the software needed is directly put on the new builds. This saves our team time and ensures our clients that their new and/or hardware replacement setups have all the software needed when deployed!

Jarrett won the July 2019 KTS E-Award for creating “Widgets” within our Professional services automation software (Autotask). The new Widgets help quickly find client information without having to go into multiple places and screens. They have been used across all departments of our company with great results!
